In the 'My Candidates' section you have access to our public resume bank. All of your resume searching can be done without having to purchase a subscription. You search for candidates and only contact the ones you are interested in. You only pay for candidates that then express an interest in being considered for your opportunity. If the candidate is not interested you do not pay anything. Before you may start browsing Candidate Profiles, you need to validate your account. This is a simple process that must only occur once. To do this, fax a copy of your business card or your contact information on company letterhead to 1.860.447.4562.
